កិច្ចប្រជុំអំពីការរៀបចំកិច្ចពិភាក្សាស្តីពី «កិច្ចសន្យាខ្ចីប្រាក់» ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅថ្ងៃ​ទី​១០ ខែមិថុនា​ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃសុក្រ ១៣កើត ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំស្តីពីការរៀបចំកិច្ចពិភាក្សាលើប្រធានបទ «កិច្ចសន្យាខ្ចីប្រាក់» ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ខាងមុខនេះ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី វាគ្មិន សមាជិកក្រុមការងារ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពិនិត្យ និងសម្របសម្រួលលើការរៀបចំកម្មវិធី ការកំណត់របៀបវារៈ សម្រួចខ្លឹមសារនៃប្រធានបទ ការចាត់ចែងតួនាទីភារកិច្ចរបស់ក្រុមការងារ ព្រមទាំងការត្រៀមលក្ខណៈបច្ចេកទេស និងការសម្របសម្រួលផ្សេងៗ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យកិច្ចពិភាក្សាប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ នឹងផ្តោតលើបញ្ហាច្បាប់ និងបញ្ហាជាក់ស្តែងពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងកិច្ចសន្យាខ្ចីប្រាក់ រួមមានការប្រាក់ និងសំណងការខូចខាតចំពោះការយឺតយ៉ាវក្នុងការអនុវត្តកាតព្វកិច្ច ការយករូបថតកូនបំណុលទៅផ្សព្វផ្សាយជាសាធារណៈ បញ្ហាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងមូលប្បទានបត្រ (សែក) ព្រមទាំងការធានា និងការទាមទារតាមផ្លូវតុលាការ ដោយមានការចូលរួមធ្វើបទបង្ហាញពីសំណាក់មេធាវី និងអ្នកជំនាញពីធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា។

Meeting on the Preparation of the Discussion Session on “Loan Agreements”

On the afternoon of Friday, 29th May, 2026, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with coordination by Attorney TEP Bophal, Director of the Department of Research, Publication and Dissemination, held a working meeting with the speakers for the upcoming discussion session on “Loan Agreements,” which is scheduled to take place on 10th June, 2026. The meeting was organized with the objective of reviewing and coordinating the program arrangements, agenda setting, refinement of the discussion topics, assignment of roles and responsibilities to the working group, as well as technical preparations and other necessary coordination to ensure that the discussion session proceeds smoothly and effectively. It should be noted that the discussion session on “Loan Agreements” will focus on legal and practical issues related to loan agreements, including interest and compensation for damages arising from delays in the performance of obligations, the public dissemination of debtors’ photographs, issues relating to negotiable instruments (cheques), as well as guarantees and court enforcement procedures. The session will feature distinguished speakers from legal training institutions and experts from the National Bank of Cambodia.
