Meeting on the Development of the Bar Association’s Digital Management System – Department of Accounting and Finance, Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation, and Department of Legal Aid.

On Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the Department of Research, Publication and Dissemination serving as the coordinating unit, convened a meeting with the Department of Accounting and Finance, the Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation, and the Department of Legal Aid regarding the development of the Bar Association’s digital management system. The meeting was led by Attorney KIM Socheat, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association, and attended by department directors, deputy department directors, and staff from all fourth departments. The meeting primarily focused on reviewing and discussing the operational procedures and daily workflow of the Department of Accounting and Finance, the Department of Public Relations and International Cooperation, and the Department of Legal Aid, including: - Document workflow management - Storage of documents within the data base system - Management and utilization of the Bar Association’s communication channels - Challenges, obstacles, and recommendations related to the development of the digital management system It should be noted that this initiative aims to enhance the efficiency of the Bar Association’s operations, particularly within the three aforementioned departments, in order to facilitate more effective management and to align with the policy of the President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia on modernizing the Bar Association’s management system through digital transformation.
