ដំណើរនិវត្តន៍នៃគណៈប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្រោយបញ្ចប់ការចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវីអាស៊ាន (ASEAN Bar Leaders Summit)

នារសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ៦រោច​ ខែពិសាខ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.​២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងទី៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គណៈប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បាននិវត្តន៍ដល់មាតុភូមិវិញ ក្រោយពីបានចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវីអាស៊ាន (ASEAN Bar Leaders Summit) ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅកាលពីថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ កិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលនេះ បានបញ្ចប់ដោយរលូន និងទទួលបានលទ្ធផលជាផ្លែផ្កា ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីគណៈមេធាវី និងសមាគមអ្នកច្បាប់ចំនួន៩ ស្ថាប័ន មកពីបណ្តាប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ាន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ បានផ្តោតលើប្រធានបទសំខាន់ៗចំនួន៣ រួមមាន៖

១. ការបន្តសុពលភាពអនុស្សរណៈយោគយល់រវាងសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវីអាស៊ាន (MOU 2018–2025 Renewal)

២. ការពិនិត្យលើសេចក្តីព្រាងធម្មនុញ្ញសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវីអាស៊ាន (Constitution of the ASEAN Bar Council)

៣. ការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសម្ចាស់ផ្ទះសម្រាប់កិច្ចប្រជុំកំពូលក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវីអាស៊ាន ឆ្នាំ២០២៧ និងឆ្នាំ២០២៨។ ជាលទ្ធផល គណៈមេធាវីនៃប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី ត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសជាម្ចាស់ផ្ទះសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៧ និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃប្រទេសព្រុយណេ សម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៨។ ដោយឡែក ចំពោះសេចក្តីព្រាងធម្មនុញ្ញសមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាគណៈមេធាវីអាស៊ាន នឹងមានកិច្ចប្រជុំបន្តបន្ទាប់ទៀត ដើម្បីពិនិត្យ និងសម្រេចនាពេលខាងមុខ។

Return of the Delegation of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia Following the Conclusion of the ASEAN Bar Leaders Summit

On the afternoon of 7th May, 2026, the delegation of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia safely returned home after participating in the ASEAN Bar Leaders Summit held on May 5, 2026. The summit concluded smoothly and achieved fruitful outcomes, with the participation of nine bar associations and law societies from ASEAN member states. The summit focused on three main agenda items:

1. Renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding among ASEAN Bar Council members (MOU 2018–2025 Renewal)

2. Review of the draft Constitution of the ASEAN Bar Council

3. Election of the host institutions for the ASEAN Bar Leaders Summit in 2027 and 2028. As a result, the Bar Council of Malaysia was selected as the host for 2027, while the Bar Council of Brunei Darussalam was selected as the host for 2028. Regarding the draft Constitution of the ASEAN Bar Council, further meetings will continue to review and finalize the draft in the near future.
