សេចក្ដីជូនដំណឹងអំពីសិក្ខាសាលា «សិក្សាស្វែងយល់ ពិគ្រោះ និងផ្តល់យោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ភូមិបាល (ថ្មី)» រៀបចំដោយ ក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

សិក្ខាសាលានេះ នឹងត្រូវរៀបចំក្រោមទម្រង់នៃកិច្ចពិភាក្សាលើប្រធានបទដូចខាងក្រោម៖
