សេចក្ដីជូនដំណឹងស្តីពី «ការប្រឡងយកវិញ្ញាបនបត្រសម្បទាខាងវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី» របស់សិស្សមេធាវីជំនាន់ទី២០

គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នឹងរៀបចំការប្រឡងយកវិញ្ញាបនបត្រសម្បទាខាងវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីរបស់សិស្សមេធាវីជំនាន់ទី២០ នៅទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តាមកម្មវិធីដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. ការប្រឡងវិញ្ញាសាសរសេរ៖ ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លើមុខវិជ្ជាទ្រឹស្តីទូទៅនៃនីតិរដ្ឋប្បវេណីនិងនីតិវិធីរដ្ឋប្បវេណី និងទ្រឹស្តីទូទៅនៃនីតិព្រហ្មទណ្ឌនិងនីតិវិធីព្រហ្មទណ្ឌ

២. ការប្រឡងវិញ្ញាសាផ្ទាល់មាត់៖ ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លើមុខវិជ្ជាច្បាប់ស្តីពីលក្ខន្តិកៈមេធាវី ក្រមសីលធម៌មេធាវី និងបទបញ្ជាផ្ទៃក្នុងនៃគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

Announcement on the Professional Qualification Examination for the 20th Generation of Lawyer Trainees

The Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia will organize the Professional Qualification Examination for the 20th Generation of Lawyer Trainees at the headquarters of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia in accordance with the following schedule:

1. Written Examination: Monday, 20th July 2026, covering the subjects General Theory of Civil Law and Civil Procedure, and General Theory of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure.

2. Oral Examination: Monday, 27th July 2026, covering the subjects Law on the Statute of Lawyers, the Code of Ethics for Lawyers, and the Internal Regulations of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
