កិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៥ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកការងារអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជា និងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១រោច ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមិថុនាឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចទទួលបន្ទុកអនុវត្តអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់រវាងធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជានិងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដឹកនាំដោយលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ប្រធានក្រុមការងារ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៥ លើរបៀបវារៈដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. ការកំណត់ប្រធានបទក្នុងការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងមូលប្បទានបត្រ ដោយផ្អែកលើរបាយការណ៍ស្ទង់មតិអំពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមទាក់ទងនឹងមូលប្បទានបត្រ។

២. សម្រង់បញ្ហាប្រឈមដែលបានលើកឡើងក្នុងវេទិកាពិភាក្សាស្តីពីបញ្ហាប្រឈមលើការអនុវត្តវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីក្នុងវិស័យធនាគារ ក្នុងគោលដៅលើកជាប្រធានបទផ្សេងៗទៅកាន់ក្រុមការងារធនាគារជាតិ ដើម្បីរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលារួមគ្នា។

5th Working Group Meeting on the Implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Bank of Cambodia and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia

On the afternoon of Tuesday, 30th June, 2026, the Working Group Responsible for Implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the National Bank of Cambodia and the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led by Attorney IV Poly, Head of the Working Group, convened its fifth meeting on the following key agendas:

1. Determining the topic for the upcoming seminar on cheques, based on the findings from the survey report on challenges relating to cheques

2. Reviewing and consolidating the challenges raised during the Panel Discussion on Challenges in the Practice of the Lawyer Profession in the Banking Sector, with a view to proposing relevant topics to the National Bank of Cambodia Working Group for the organization of future joint seminars.
