កិច្ចប្រជុំពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងដំណើរការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងគណៈមេធាវីតាមបែបឌីជីថល-នាយកដ្ឋានអធិការកិច្ច និងនាយកដ្ឋានបុគ្គលិក និងរដ្ឋបាល

នាថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១០កើត ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលមាននាយកដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវ បោះពុម្ព និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ ជាសេនាធិការ បានរៀបកិច្ចប្រជុំជាមួយនាយកដ្ឋានអធិការកិច្ច និងនាយកដ្ឋានបុគ្គលិក និងរដ្ឋបាល ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងដំណើរការរៀបចំប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងគណៈមេធាវីតាមបែបឌីជីថល ដឹកនាំដោយ លោកមេធាវី គីម សុជាតិ អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី ដោយមានវត្តមានចូលរួមរបស់ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន អនុប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋាន និងបុគ្គលិកចំណុះនាយកដ្ឋានទាំងបី។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ផ្ដោតសំខាន់លើការពិនិត្យ ការពិភាក្សាលើបែបបទ និងលំហូរការងារប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់នាយកដ្ឋានទាំងពីរខាងលើ។ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងនាយកដ្ឋានអធិការកិច្ច កិច្ចប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សាលើការធ្វើចរន្តការពាក្យសុំ និងពាក្យបណ្ដឹងនានាដែលស្ថិតក្រោមសមត្ថកិច្ចនាយកដ្ឋានអធិការកិច្ច ពិសេសការរក្សាទុក និងគ្រប់គ្រងសំណុំឯកសារទៅក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធផ្ទុកទិន្នន័យរបស់គណៈមេធាវី។ ចំណែកឯ នាយកដ្ឋានបុគ្គលិក និងរដ្ឋបាលវិញ កិច្ចប្រជុំបានបន្តពិភាក្សាបន្ថែមពីកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកមុន ដូចជាការពិនិត្យមើលទម្រង់ពាក្យសុំផ្សេងៗ និងលំហូរនៃការចរន្តការពាក្យសុំទាំងនោះ ព្រមទាំងការពិនិត្យមើលលើការរក្សាទុកឯកសាររបស់មេធាវី និងការិយាល័យវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីដែលជាសមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់នាយកដ្ឋានបុគ្គលិក និងរដ្ឋបាល។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា ការរៀបចំនេះ មានគោលបំណងធ្វើស្ថាប័នគណៈមេធាវីមានភាពងាយស្រួលក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រង ពិសេសនាយកដ្ឋានទាំងពីរខាងលើ និងដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងគោលនយោបាយរបស់ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជាក្នុងការធ្វើទំនើបកម្មប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងគណៈមេធាវីតាមបែបឌីជីថល។

Meeting on the Development of the Bar Association's Digital Management System – Department of Inspection and Department of Personnel and Administration

On Tuesday, 26th May 2026, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the Department of Research, Publication and Dissemination serving as the coordinating unit, organized a meeting with the Department of Inspection and the Department of Personnel and Administration regarding the development of the digital management system of the Bar Association's digital management system. The meeting was led by Attorney KIM Socheat, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association, and attended by the directors, deputy directors, and staffs of the three departments. The meeting primarily focused on reviewing and discussing the operational procedures and daily workflow of the two above-mentioned departments. Regarding the Department of Inspection, discussions focused on the processing of applications and complaints under the department’s jurisdiction, particularly the storage and management of files within the Bar Association’s data storage system. As for the Department of Personnel and Administration, the meeting continued discussions from the previous meeting, including the review of various application forms and the workflow process for handling such applications, as well as the management and storage of documents relating to lawyers and law practice offices under the department’s responsibility. It should be noted that this initiative aims to facilitate the management of the Bar Association, particularly within the two departments mentioned above, and to implement the policy of the President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia on modernizing the Bar Association’s management system through digitalization.
