ពិធីសូត្រមន្ដចម្រើនជ័យមង្គលឆ្នាំថ្មី ប្រពៃណីជាតិ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៧០

នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៨រោច ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចូលរួមជាអធិបតីភាព ក្នុងពិធីសូត្រមន្ដចម្រើនជ័យមង្គលឆ្នាំថ្មី ក្នុងឱកាសបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំប្រពៃណីខ្មែរ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ អដ្ឋស័ក ពុទ្ធសករាជ ២៥៧០។ ក្រោយបញ្ចប់ពិធីសូត្រមន្ត មានរបាំប្រពៃណី របាំត្រុដិ ការលេងល្បែងប្រជាប្រិយប្រពៃណីខ្មែរ វាយក្អម ដណ្តើមស្លឹកឈើ បោះអង្គញ់ និងទទួលទានអាហារសាមគ្គី។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកប្រធានគណៈមេធាវី បានថ្លែងអំណរអរគុណដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ បុគ្គលិកគណៈមេធាវី និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ បុគ្គលិកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបណ្ដុះបណ្តាវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវីដែលបានលះបង់អស់កម្លាំងកាយចិត្ត ប្រាជ្ញា ស្មារតីរបស់ខ្លួន ប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ក្នុងការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយ៩ចំនុច ដើម្បីសម្រេចចក្ខុវិស័យ “រួមគ្នាដើម្បីវិបុលភាពនៃវិជ្ជាជីវៈមេធាវី” ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ លោកប្រធានគណៈមេធាវី បានលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យបន្តខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងបំពេញការងារជូនគណៈមេធាវី ក៏ដូចជាការផ្តល់សេវាជូនសហភាតាឱ្យបានឆាប់រហ័ស មានប្រសិទ្ធភាពនិងដោយស្មារតីទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់។

On the afternoon of Friday, April 10, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, presided over the New Year blessing ceremony held in celebration of the Khmer Traditional New Year, Year of the Horse, Buddhist Era 2570. After the chanting ceremony, there were traditional performances and activities, including the Trod dance, Khmer traditional games such as pot-hitting, leaf grabbing, and Bos Angkunh, followed by a communal meal. On that occasion, the President of the Bar Association expressed his gratitude to the leadership and staff of the Bar Association, as well as the leadership and staff of the Lawyers’ Professional Training Center, for their dedication, effort, intellect, and strong sense of responsibility in implementing the nine-point policy to achieve the vision: “Together for the Prosperity of the Legal Profession.” At the same time, he encouraged continued commitment and diligence in serving the Bar Association and in providing prompt, efficient, and highly responsible services to colleagues.
