កិច្ចប្រជុំនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា

នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ២កើត ខែជេស្ឋ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីសមាជិក-សមាជិកានៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា និងសមាជិក-សមាជិកានៃលេខាធិការដ្ឋានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍របស់គណៈកម្មធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា នៅទីស្នាក់ការគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដោយផ្អែកលើរបៀបវារៈចំនួន ៤ ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

១. មតិស្វាគមន៍និងប្រកាសបើកកិច្ចប្រជុំដោយ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា

២. របាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពការងារនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជាដោយ លោកស្រីមេធាវី ដានី ច័ន្ទ្ររស្មីឈូករ័ត្ន

៣. ការប្រកាសសមាសភាពសមាជិក-សមាជិការបស់លេខាធិការ ដ្ឋានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជាដោយ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធាន គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិនៃសមាគមច្បាប់អាស៊ានកម្ពុជា

៤. ការរៀបចំផែនការសកម្មភាពបន្តដើម្បីអនុវត្តក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និងការដាក់ទិសដៅការងារបន្តសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៧។ នៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំនេះផងដែរ លោកស្រីមេធាវី ដានី ច័ន្ទ្ររស្មីឈូករ័ត្ន និងលោកមេធាវី ផុន សុរៈភុន ក៏បានរាយការណ៍ជូនអង្គប្រជុំអំពីលទ្ធផលនៃការចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមការងារ Crossroad Working Group ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅប្រទេសសិង្ហបុរី។

Meeting of the National Committee of Cambodia ASEAN Law Association On the morning of Monday, May 18, 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Chairman of the National Committee of Cambodia ASEAN Law Association (ALA Cambodia), presided over a meeting of the National Committee of the ASEAN Law Association of Cambodia. The meeting was held at the headquarters of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia with the participation of the members of the Committee and the Permanent Secretariat. The meeting was convened based on 4 agendas as follows:

1. Welcoming and Opening Remarks by Attorney. SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Chairman of the National Committee of Cambodia ASEAN Law Association

2. Progress report of the National Committee of Cambodia ASEAN Law Association by Attorney. DANY Channraksmeychhoukroth

3. Announcement of the composition of the Permanent Secretariat of the National Committee of Cambodia ASEAN Law Association by Attorney. SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Chairman of the National Committee of Cambodia ASEAN Law Association

4. Developing continuous action plans for implementation in 2026 and setting directions for ongoing work in 2027 Within this meeting, Attorney. DANY Channraksmeychhoukroth and Attorney. PHON Sarakphun reported the results of their participation in the Crossroad Working Group, which was held between 5 – 8 April 2026 in Singapore.
