កិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាការងារស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគណៈមេធាវិនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន (លើកទី២)

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១២កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្ដស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់លោកមេធាវី គីម សុជាតិ អគ្គលេខាធិការនៃអគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈមេធាវី និងក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេស ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន ជាមួយតំណាងសហព័ន្ធគណៈមេធាវីជប៉ុន។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងផ្អែកលើលទ្ធផលនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំរវាងស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរកាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្នុងគោលដៅកំណត់ឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់នូវផែនការសកម្មភាពការងារដែលត្រូវធ្វើសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ ដោយផ្តោតលើការ រៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាសម្រាប់សមាជិកក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេស លើប្រធានបទបណ្តឹងតបក្នុងសំណុំរឿងរដ្ឋប្បវេណី ដែលគ្រោងនឹងរៀបចំនៅខែឧសភាខាងមុខនេះ។

Meeting on Cooperation between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) and Japan Federation of Bar Associations (JFBA)

On the afternoon of Mondayុ, 30th March 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, assigned Attorney KIM Socheat, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of the Bar Association, together with the technical working group, to participate in a discussion on cooperation between BAKC and JFBA, with representatives from JFBA. This meeting was organized based on the outcomes of the previous meeting between the two institutions held on 19th January 2026, with the objective of defining the action plan to be implemented for 2026. This discussion focused on organizing seminars for working group members of BAKC and JFBA on the topic of “Counterclaims in Civil Case” which is planned to be held in May.
