កិច្ចប្រជុំអំពីការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាស្ដីពី «ការគណនាសំណងការខូចខាត (ករណីមិនអនុវត្តកាតព្វកិច្ចតាមកិច្ចសន្យា)»

នាព្រឹក ថ្ងៃចន្ទ ៤កើត ខែស្រាពណ៍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស. ២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំស្ដីពីការរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលារួមគ្នាលើប្រធានបទ «ការគណនាសំណងការខូចខាត (ករណីមិនអនុវត្តកាតព្វកិច្ចតាមកិច្ចសន្យា)»។ ក្នុងនោះលោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចាត់តាំងលោកមេធាវី អ៊ីវ ប៉ូលី ជាអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល ហើយមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែក ពាណិជ្ជកម្មបានចាត់តាំង លោកមជ្ឈត្តករ កុយ នាម ជាអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងរៀបចំទុកជាមុននូវចំណុចសំខាន់ៗនៃសិក្ខាសាលា ដូចជា៖
១. ការរៀបចំឯកសារមេរៀន៖ ការរៀបចំមេរៀននឹងត្រូវធ្វើជាស្លាយ ដោយផ្ដោតសំខាន់លើលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការអនុវត្តសិទ្ធិទាមទារសំណងការខូចខាត ទំហំនៃសំណងការខូចខាត ព្រមទាំងបន្ថែមករណីសិក្សា។
២. ទម្រង់នៃការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ៖ វាគ្មិននឹងធ្វើបទបង្ហាញលើចំណុចសំខាន់ៗ ហើយទុកពេលវេលាសម្រាប់ឱ្យសិក្ខាកាមអាចលើកជាសំណួរបាន។
៣. កាលបរិច្ឆេទនៃសិក្ខាសាលា៖ សិក្ខាសាលានេះនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្នុងអំឡុងខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ គួរបញ្ជាក់ថា សិក្ខាសាលារួមគ្នានេះ រៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគម្រោងអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នារវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលជាតិនៃមជ្ឈត្តការផ្នែកពាណិជ្ជកម្ម។

Meeting on the Preparation of a Seminar on “Damage Calculation in the Event of Default”

On the morning of Monday, 17th August, 2026, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) held a meeting to prepare for a joint seminar on the topic “Damage Calculation in the Event of Default.” Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, appointed Attorney IV Poly as the coordinator, while the National Commercial Arbitration Center appointed Arbitrator KOY Neam as the coordinator. The meeting was organized to discuss and prepare key aspects of the seminar in advance, including:
1. Preparation of Seminar Materials: The materials will be prepared in slide format, focusing on the conditions for exercising the right to claim damages, the extent of damages, and the inclusion of case studies.
2. Presentation Format: The speakers will present the key points and allocate time for participants to raise questions and engage in discussion.
3. Seminar Date: The seminar is expected to take place in September 2026. It should be noted that this joint seminar is being organized under the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the National Arbitration Center.
