កិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាការងារ និងស្នើសុំកិច្ចសហការលើការងារជាអាទិភាពរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ

នារសៀល ថ្ងៃពុធ ៦រោច ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោកមេធាវី សាំង វណ្ណៈ ប្រធានគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានដឹកនាំប្រតិភូគណៈមេធាវី ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំពិភាក្សាការងារ និងស្នើសុំកិច្ចសហការលើការងារជាអាទិភាពរវាងគណៈមេធាវីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម ប៊ុន ហុន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ឯកឧត្តមអភិសន្តិបណ្ឌិត ស សុខា ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ។ នៅក្នុងជំនួបនេះ ស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរបានជជែកពិភាក្សាលើយន្តការជំរុញការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានៃការអនុវត្តសិទ្ធិរបស់មេធាវី។ ជាពិសេស នៅដំណាក់កាលមន្ដ្រីនគរបាលយុត្តិធម៌ ក៏ដូចជានៅពន្ធនាគារ និងការបន្ដកិច្ចសហការជាមួយក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃក្នុងការពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាពការងាររបស់ក្រុមមេធាវីប្រចាំរដ្ឋបាលរាជធានី-ខេត្ត។ ជាលទ្ធផល ភាគីទាំងពីរបានផ្លាស់ប្ដូរមតិយោបល់ និងឯកភាពគ្នាពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើគ្រប់ផ្នែកដែលពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក៏ដូចជារួមគ្នាដោះស្រាយលើបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាស្របទៅតាមច្បាប់ជាធរមាន។

Meeting to Discuss Work and Request Cooperation on Priority Areas between the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Ministry of Interior

On the afternoon of Wednesday, 8th April 2026, Attorney SAING Vannak, President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, led a delegation to attend a meeting to discuss work and request cooperation on priority areas between the Bar Association and the Ministry of Interior. The meeting was attended by H.E. BUN Honn, Secretary of State, representing H.E. Abhisantibindit SAR Sokha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. During the meeting, both institutions discussed mechanisms to promote the resolution of issues related to the exercise of lawyers’ rights, particularly at the stage involving judicial police officers, as well as within penal instituions. They also discussed strengthening ongoing cooperation with the Ministry of Interior to enhance the effectiveness of Bar Association delegations at the capital and provincial administrations. As a result, both institutions exchanged views and agreed to strengthen cooperation across all relevant areas, and to jointly address challenges in accordance with applicable laws.
