Only information determined by BAKC to be appropriate for public disclosure will be published.

Publication in the Lawyer Directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of any lawyer or law firm.

Where appropriate, BAKC may disclose your Personal Data to another person or organization where you have expressly authorized or consented to such disclosure.

7.5 Protection of Rights, Security, and the Public Interest

8.2 User Accounts

Information associated with user accounts may be retained while the Account remains active and for a reasonable period after the Account has been closed to:

• resolve disputes; 
• comply with legal obligations; or 
• protect the integrity of the Service. 

8.3 Applications and Supporting Documents
